The time that babycorn was just used as a decoration has long gone. This tasty vegetable is very versatile, easy to cook and looks great. Just rinse them, chop them in desired pieces and they’re ready for a stir fry or salad. Because of the mild and slightly sweet taste, kids usually love them. If you cut them in fine slices, they look like little eatable suns. Great for a summer-salad or to give your dish some extra color.

What is babycorn?
